His and Hers Return Policy

We get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

How Returns Work

  • You’ve got 14 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn and in their original condition
    • In original packaging (if possible)
    • Accompanied by your order number or receipt

Heads up: We can’t accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or anything custom-made.

Starting a Return

Just email us at 107hisandhers@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about why you’re returning. We’ll send over a prepaid return label and some simple instructions.

A few important things:

  • You’ll need to upload and email a receipt showing:
    • The tracking number
    • The date and time you mailed it back
  • This all needs to happen within 14 days of delivery — no exceptions, sorry!

We’ll process your return once we’ve received the item and checked that everything’s in order.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll refund you to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping fees aren’t refunded unless we messed something up (wrong or damaged item, etc.).

Need a different size or got a damaged item? Reach out to us — we’ll help you sort it out as quickly as possible.
