At HIS & HERS, we want you to know what to expect before ordering. Our HERGUN and GUNCLUB pieces may be prepared and shipped by different fulfillment partners, so timing and available shipping services depend on the item and delivery destination.
Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and their charges are calculated for your order at checkout before payment. Shipping is not automatically free above any order value. Orders containing items fulfilled through different partners may have combined shipping charges and may arrive in separate packages.
Processing and delivery
Order processing or made-to-order production happens before the carrier receives your package. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Actual timing varies by the item, fulfillment location, destination, carrier, holidays, and demand.
Where a carrier or checkout provides an estimated transit time, treat it as an estimate after dispatch—not a guaranteed delivery date or a promise that production is complete. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific delivery deadline.
Tracking and split shipments
When an item ships and tracking becomes available, tracking details are provided. Orders with multiple items may ship separately and generate more than one tracking number. Carrier tracking can take time to start updating after dispatch.
International orders
Available international services and shipping charges depend on your destination and items. Customs checks, import duties, local taxes, and destination-specific restrictions may affect delivery. Any amounts not collected at checkout may be payable locally where applicable.
Address accuracy and delivery questions
Please check your shipping address and contact details carefully before placing your order. Address changes after processing begins may not be possible. For questions about an order or a delayed shipment, email admin@107hisandhers.com and include your order number and the email used at checkout.
